Returns; 14 day return policy subject to the following, Returns must be approved, No returns on International shipments. Buyer is responsible for returning merchandise. Refunds for merchandise subject to $5 restocking , seller may wave fee based on circumstances. Original Shipping is non refundable unless approved.
 
Repairs; Please note that all repairs must be paid for within 30 days of completion. Our repair staff will notify you of the balance due when the job is complete. We accept credit cards and checks. If payment is not paid after 30 days the job will be subject to a storage fee. $10 per day after 30 days. If not paid within 180 days, the item or items will be considered abandoned and sold to pay off the debt. If there is a reason you cannot pay the amount due in the allotted time, please contact us before 30 days and we may be able to work with you. 

Note: We are not responsible for any damage incurred such as cracks, scratches, etc.  Repairs such as truss rod adjustments cause stress to the instrument and it cannot be foreseen how those forces will affect a guitar and or the tools used. Instruments and their parts can become brittle, loose, or have unforeseen or undisclosed problems due to being dry, or aged, or even misuse prior to being brought in for repair.
